The e-business plan is a document that states the type and level of e-business that a business will engage in. Refer to the beginning of the planning section if you are unsure about whether adequate preparation has been undertaken to write the e-business plan. This section assumes you have worked through the topics in this Planning section of the e-businessguide or you are familiar with the ideas and have thought about the issues.
Before you begin the plan you might want to contact a local e-business advisor who can help you with it. Refer to the list of organisations and people who can help, provided in this website. Click on the "who can help" link on the right-hand side of this screen under the Resources heading.
The plan will set the course for the your e-business over the next one to two years.
